The store was nice and clean and well organized and the staff there were very helpful and knowledgeable of where things were and willing to find out if products were at the store but not put out yet
Had a bad experience with the wedding registry. The employee was too busy to congratulate us and explain anything at all about the registry. We were excited and it was a huge bummer to be treated like that. The next day I called to speak with a manager because they said they were out of wedding gift bags. It happens. He was nice and got back to me quickly, and promised to be in touch. Well a couple weeks went by and nothing, so I decided to ask again. This time someone else tried helping me, but she said the man I already spoke with left the store and they never had wedding gift bags. So I was promised something that doesn't exist and left to hang. He had my cell # he could have been professional and followed up. He didn't, so my review is this. Work on your customers service so people will want to continue shopping there.
Great service. Team members and Team Leaders are aways ready to help you. If there's not a team member in sight, find a red phone, pick it up and a team member should be there within 60secs.
2 very nice young ladies tried to help me locate children's ribbon sticks.
This store is pretty big. So its kind of hard to navigate. People are helpful. Some part are pretty messy because of people throwing stuffs here and there ( especially clothing area). Otherwise its good.
